Dual Monitors

Hello all, I am running an ATI Radeon 9200 and I am
wondering how to properly settup two monitors.  I have
both monitors settup and working fine, but I would
like to be able to drag windows between the two of
them.  For example: I am using Ardour, and I want to
have the editor on one screen, and the mixer on the
other.  Is there any way to make this possible?
