FAM wants to remove *lots* of stuff on breezy!

Has gamin's performance improved recently?  Fam efficiently handles IMAP
servers where gamin is orders of magnitude too slow.

FC3 defaults to gamin but you can still use fam from FC2 without
conflict.  Why does Ubuntu need to erase the world when fam is
installed?
