Howto to change gnome - bootsplash

Hi All!

In the time of a new release this question may seem a bit silly, but I 
want to know how I can change the Gnome-Bootsplash
I downloaded the sleek dragong from gnome-look.org. But when I try to 
"install" it using Splash Screen control panel this just crashes. Any 
suggestions?
