You are going to need to be a tad proactive to remove all the 'crap' from your 
inbox.  If you click the link at the bottom of this email (and at the bottom 
of the one you just sent; in fact at the bottom of every 'crap' message to 
this list) you will be taken to the page you used to sign-up for this list.
