You might need these in the nat table:

Chain POSTROUTING (policy ACCEPT 15529 packets, 964K bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source               destination
   65  3932 MASQUERADE  all  --  any    eth1    anywhere             anywhere
    0     0 MASQUERADE  all  --  any    br0     192.168.1.0/24       192.168.1.0/24
