Recording from TV Tuner?

There is a command line app which is called "streamer". With this one 
you can record from a TV card. I played a little bit with it some times 
ago but couldn't record sound :-(

I think my sound setup is not right.

I don't remember but I think it is in the Ubuntu repos.
