Three Random Simple Questions

On installing bittorrent:

> Save your .deb to a sane location, open a console and do "sudo dpkg -i
> myDebianPackage.deb"

Okay, I did that:
dave at ubuntu1:~/Desktop$ sudo dpkg -i
(Reading database ... 80095 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace bittorrent-4.0.4.linux i686-2 (using
bittorrent-4.0.4.linux_i686-2_all.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement bittorrent-4.0.4.linux ...
Setting up bittorrent-4.0.4.linux (i686-2) ...

But, when I go to /usr/bin, there are absolutely no bittorrent related
files there. I tried "locate":
dave at ubuntu1:~/Desktop$ locate bittorrent

And none of these look like the actual application to me.
Where did I mess up?
