Default to A4 paper in OpenOffice with hp deskjet

Not sure what fixed it, but here's what I did.

Thinking one or more of the HP packages might pick up the setting from
/etc/paper, which I had fixed by reconfiguring libpaper1, I did
dpkg-reconfigure all the hp packages (hpijs, hplip...). Then I
removed the desktjet 6127 entry from printers, and readded it,
choosing the HPLIP driver.

Now printer settings defaults to Letter in OpenOffice.

Anyway, like I said not sure what subset of these steps did the trick,
but things seem to be happy now.
