[breezy] GPGME was compiled wihtout support for OpenPGP and S/MIME

Yes i did. 

first "sudo apt-get build-deb kmail"

and "sudo apt-get source -b kmail"

after that you  can find all *.deb packages in your users home
directory.

all you have to do is "sudo dpkg -i *.deb"


Apt-get loaded not only one package called "kmail" but much more
packages which are needed by kmail (i hope).

After that OpenPGP did work with kmail.
