new problem with ATI

Hello again, there is now another new problem when
trying to install the ATI drivers for my Radeon 9200. 
When I try to sudo apt-get build-dep
fglrx-kernel-source I get E: Build-dependencies for
fglrx-kernel-source could not be satisfied.  

I know that these drivers can be installed because I
have done this before as well with the exact same
steps.  I am thinking that the files are being moved
around on-line or something.  Any ideas?
