Just to check... are you aware that LCD monitor refresh rates don't matter as 
much as CRT refresh rates do?  It'll help when playing very fast games, or 
maybe when fast-forwarding through video on a high-end workstation, or if 
you're playing 100hz HDTV through your monitor.  For most general purpose 
stuff though, I think you'd never notice, and it might push your graphics 
card's performance down a bit.
