Video driver problem (the whole screen blows away)

Hi,
I forgot to attach the screenshot. I've not uploaded it to
http://my.opera.com/behrangsa/homes/blog/Ubuntu%20Screenshot%201.jpg
Any ideas what makes this happen? Could it be with my LCD's refresh rate?
Also I couldn't found an entry in the device list for my graphics card.
