GnomePilot + Evolution + Palm = Wrong Charset!

Hi,
	I have a Palm Zire 72 device which syncs nicely using evolution and
gnome-pilot. There is a problem with the charset though. I write greek
on my palm (encoding windows-1253) but evolution doesn't recognize this,
so I see garbage. 

There is no problem when using jpilot where you can set the charset. 

Is there a way so I can set evolution's charset for my palm to
windos-1253?
