md5sums

Hello all, I would like to know how to check and see
if a downloaded iso files md5 sums are correct?  Is
there a command to run?  I have looked online but
cannot find specifically the answer, I just know that
I should do it.  I am at work right now, (on a windows
machine), so I cant check to see on my linux box.
