Two Apt (Package) Questions

Hi all,
I am in the process of getting ready to upgrade to Breezy, and have a couple
of questions:
1) What is the command to download (only download) all .debs of all
installed packages?
The idea is to have a copy of all the .debs in a cdrom, since this would
mean I have all those that I want. I had run apt-get autoclean once so my
apt cache is almost empty now.
2) I have used various sources over time, so is there a command to list
which .deb source a particular package was downloaded from? Text file output
showing all packages installed and where they came from would be great. I
know that dpkg --get-selections gives me a list of installed packages and
their state, but it does not provide info about where the package was
installed from.
Thank you,
Carthik.
