I would like to report a 404 error for the URL:

    http://us.releases.ubuntu.com/releases/5.10/


Which is the first US link from the download page on the ubuntulinux.org
site.

    http://www.ubuntu.com/download/

It looks like a simple problem to fix, since the data is all there one
directory up at:

    http://us.releases.ubuntu.com/5.10/
