Can Breezy use ATI's new driver: 8.18.6 to drive 200M chip?

Hi guys,
On Oct. 12, 2005 (yesterday), ATI posted a new Linux driver, according
to this page:
https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&folderID=300
Does anyone know if...
(a) this driver works in general with Breezy, and
(b) if this driver can gracefully handle the ATI 200M chips that show
up in many notebooks?
Thanks,
Christian
