Upgrade from ISO

Most certainly:
i) Burn the iso to a CD (don't just copy it)
ii) Take it home, pop it into your 5.04 machine (that's Hoary, by the way, 
not Warty)
iii) from the console type apt cdrom -- that adds the name of the CD to your 
sources list
iv) apt-get update
v) apt-get distupgrade
vi) get a coffee and wait!

That should do it!
