Uninstalling Gnome

That's a small gripe I've had. It's not quite that easy. You
have to upgrade all the *xorg* packages, all the gnome*
packages, and so forth. Some of those will also uninstall
other graphical packages, but as far as I know there's no
way to uninstall all the graphical stuff at one shot. I've
done exactly this task a few times under Debian and Ubuntu,
and I've not been able to do better than running a few
apt-get commands in a row.
