at login: user temporarly blocked

i hashed that line too, and all is going well again. great! thanks for  
help.

now i just wonder how to put in my two uses successfully.
i don't understand the syntax in full, so i tried:
-:ALL EXCEPT root myuser1:LOCAL myuser2:LOCAL
but, this still blocked myuser2 from login.
any idea?
