Best thing I've come across recently has been http://www.imgburn.com/ -

under a MB, free to use, and burns ISOs properly (I've had problems in
the past with media-checks failing on Fedora when I've used the "big"
burning programs to burn CDs from ISOs.)

This one works very well...
