RTL8139 problem

Well, when I lsmod I find that both drivers are loaded. I have rmmodded
them and then modprobed the 8139too driver back in, but no luck.
However, this time it did something slightly different. 



When I typed "ifup eth0", instead of just sending out a DHCP request
(as detailed previously), it did nothing for a long time until I killed
it. I have no idea what the problem might be.
