[Breezy] Network Settings

I run a dual-boot system with Breezy and M$ Windoze.

With my cable modem connection, I can go to broadbandreports and get a 5
meg download time with Breezy.

With windoze, I do good to get half that.

I don't use windoze much, but this just bugs me.

Obviously, being a dual-boot system, both OS's are using the same
hardware.

So I'd like to see how Linux differs from windoze in it's network
settings.

Where does Breezy keep these settings, such as acks, rwin, etc??
