freeglut version in Breezy ?

Shit. The stable freeglut 2.4 was released 2005-06-13:

The 2.2 version has some major bugs (e.g. fullscreen does not work)
and 2.4 seems to fix quite some issues.

How can I reach the package manager? Is it still possible to 
include the freeglut 2.4 version in Breezy? Could it be a
bugfix in Breezy?
