Averatec C3500

I have an Averatec C3500 which is a convertible Tablet PC and to get ubuntu
to install on it I had to disable to power management, does anyone know if
this could be causing my USB ports to not work because when I reload windows
my USB drives are seen fine but they are never seen in Ubuntu, and also does
anyone know where I can get drivers for the Pen and to rotate the display?
