dual-head setup question

Hi, i tried to set this up just for fun a while ago with hoary but
failed. Daniel Stone (our X guy) informed me about a package called
multiseat, which is supposed to set this up. I have read that it was a
great hack back then, but i haven't had a look at it now that i
installed breezy. Moreover im not so sure if its better to have the
second card in there already at install time or if its better to set
this up afterwards.
