Ship-it people unreachable ??

Yeah that's the point Vram:  without a working ship-it, I am unlikely to
have Ubuntu, and be lucky as you said ! ;o)

I guess the real luck is to be in a country where broadband 1) is widely
available and 2) affordable, which is hardly the case for many people
around the world, including Ubuntu's own home to start with, SF ! And
also zillions of people in asia, IIRC, and probably also loads of people
in south america.

So I think the ship-it service deserves to be looked after properly.
to start with, use the correct fields from the launchpad account, not
the display name. And hopefully soon, offer people who want it, to pay a
little something, but have a reliable deadline for delivery.
