Ship-it people unreachable ??

I e-mailed shipt-it at the following address: info at shipit.ubuntu.com
over a week ago, no response, and this morning I received an error
message from my mail server stating that it couldn't deliver the e-mail,
and gave up ! After a week of trying, I guess I can indeed forgive him
for giving up...

Exact error message is:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I need to contact them because it seems the ship-it web page has been
revisited during Breezy development, and my contact details somehow got
lost and corrupted in this process. My full name go replaced with a
short, and this field is not editable ! So unless ship-it fixes this for
me, I can't order Breezy CD's :o(

Anyone having problems reaching ship-it recently ??
