Latest update in Eclipse wasnt 100%?

Hello list,

This is my first post here.

I use Breezy badger, updated daily - except weekends.

I just updated my system with all (130+mb) the updates from the weekend.
Unfortunately it made my Eclipse IDE stop working. I uninstalled and 
reinstalled and now my plugins (PHPEclipse, and some minor ones such as 
FTP/SFTP support) are completely messed up.

Anyone who experienced the same problem?
