For light server duties

Hi;

I have an old laptop that I'm not using for anything (about 55MHz,  
256 RAM, 20GB HDD) and I thought I'd set it up as a web server with  
PHP and mySQL, run a SSH server on it, then leave it in a cupboard  
and forget about it. I've got the Ubuntu Hoary disks to install on it  
-- it worth me downloading the new Breezy CD images in this situation?
