If you are convinced (as you undoubtedly will be), download the
source code for "Mindguard" here:

http://zapatopi.net/mindguard/mindguard-0.0.0.4.tgz

You will need to install libgtk1.2-dev to compile it.

Not surprisingly, this *crucial* program is not included in the Ubuntu
repositories - "They" don't want you to use it !!
