[breezy] GPGME was compiled wihtout support for OpenPGP and S/MIME

I got it fixed:



To enable the gpg-agent you remove the comment in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf



If you do that, you need to also remove the blank in front of
gpg-agent:



# gpg-agent 



becomes



gpg-agent



This is because the script that starts the agent checks for ^gpg-agent,
i.e. a line beginning with gpg-agent. With a blank in front of gpg-agent
it will not start the agent => no passphrase-dialogue.
