User quotas with email reporting

Hi,

I've installed and enabled user quotas on a file server that I have
set up for a charity I work for.  The total disk size is 10GB and I
have created five shares (each share is a user's home directory).  I
have allowed each user 1GB.  I want both the user and myself to be
notified when their data usage is over quota.
What is the best way to do this?  I run monit to tell me when total
disk space gets over 80%.  Is there a way to use monit to report on
quota status?
