How to edit PDF?

It is not true that PDFs were not intended to be edited.

PDFs can be edited with Adobe's software [$$]. There aren several
Linux applications that are able to open and edit text PDF documents,
but my memory of it is that these applications do not yet edit graphics
in PDF documents.

I am sorry I do not remember the names of such applications, but this
discussion has appeared over the past several years. Try Google.
