rhytmbox vfs

Earlier (hoary) I could play music via the network to e.g. a Samba share,
now (Breezy) this is impossible. Using Rhytmbox. Using totem this is
possible.

I really can't find a package that says it enables this functionality -
anyone who can give me a pointer to what I must do? I also checked for
hidden settings with gconf-editor.
