universe changes?

Is there any way to see what new packages are going into (breezy) universe?
I had a new kernel pop-up in apt-get today, and realised I have no idea
what it was for....

I found the RSS feed at

      http://www.ubuntulinux.nl/files/breezy.xml

but that hasn't been updated for a month or so...
