I'm pretty sure you can do that using a very simple iptables setup.
I've seen it down, but cannot remember exactly how to do it (either
disallowing a list of sites, or in your case, allowing only certain
sites). You can try googling for info on that, or maybe someone else
here knows exactly what to do.
