proper rssh setup for SFTP access

It wasn't, but I did a `sudo add-shell /usr/bin/rssh` and it's now
listed. Didn't help the 'Connection closed' result of sftp, though.
Currently, sftp with bash works, while sftp with rssh doesn't,
although ssh with rssh says 'This account is restricted by rssh.
Allowed commands: scp sftp'. :o|
BTW: Shouldn't the rssh package add /usr/bin/rssh to shells by default?
