VPN client?

openSWAN (see http://www.openswan.org/) seems to be capable of
communicating with Netscreen.  There is reference n their site to NAT-T
issues, and a patch that may be required to get openSWAN to work with
NAT-T.

Unless Netscreen have released a Linux client, this may be your best
bet.

There appears to be an openswan package for breezy, in the universe
repository.
