Password Protect One Folder inside Another Folder

	You don't need to enter a password as long as the user is in the group
of the folder. If not you might want to use "run as different" with nautilus.

You appear to want a function which not even Windows provides by default. How
about re-educating staff members to work with the laws on Data Protection and
increase the security of the systems they work on?

The issue you seem to be having is that you want to open a protected folder
whilst allowing people to use the computer for non-protected stuff. This is not
as good a method of doing things as just having multiple users.

Why can't you try to get the people working with the computers to log off of
their machine if they are going to be away for it for a considerable amount of
time or use a screensaver for short periods?
