imagemagick: New man page links to wrong URL

The new Image Magick package has a rather useless man page (eg. man
display) that relies on the HTML docs for more information.  The man page links to

       For more information about this  command,  point  your  browser
       to  file:///usr/share/doc/ImageMagick-6.2.3/index.html.

This URL is incorrect, and since the man page itself is now useless, I
think it's worth changing this to reflect the real location of the docs
as installed by the Debian/Ubuntu package.
