texmacs: Please package the newer documentation and tutorial

I had to download the newer documentation in order to learn about some of the
features utilized by the TeXmacs style files.  (I'm using the beta from
experimental; but this is a wishlist bug, so...)  It would also be very good
for new users if the tutorial is installed by default when they install
TeXmacs.  (after hearing me rave about it)
