Hoary to Breezy Upgrade possible?

Hi all,

I have a warty CD and i am trying to upgrade to the
Breezy release.

Is it possible to upgrade directly from Hoary to
Breezy by just changing repositories? or is it
recommended to upgrade to warty first and then upgrade
to breezy?
I do not have a breezy CD.
