Server configuration error for www.cag.gov.in - was Re: seeing asp files in firefox

It is definitely a server configuration error. When I telnet to port 80
on www.cag.gov.in, and get the page, it returns a content-type of
text/plain, rather than text/html (see the log at the end of this
email). Firefox (and other non-M$ browsers) displays text/plain as is,
rather than processing the HTML tags. Hopefully, the web master for
www.cag.gov.in can fix the server configuration.
Incidentally, as you can see from the HTTP headers returned, the server
is APACHE on Unix, and NOT M$, so I suspect that the .asp suffix on the
page should in fact be .html, unless it is supposed to be a PHP page.
