Yes the server is misconfigured and is sending the page as text/plain
instead of text/html. Bugzilla at mozilla.org have confirmed the problem
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315958) and should be
fixing it.
The tools->page info in firefox shows type as "text/html" and the Render
Mode as "Quirks Mode" for this page.
