Hi,
For a complete backup of Evolution you need to backup the following:
~/.evolution/
~/.gconf/apps/evolution/
~/.gnome2_private/Evolution
but before you do a backup or restore you will need to:
gconftool-2 --shutdown
evolution --force-shutdown
I suggest that you open a terminal, shutdown the services and backup
using (may wrap):
tar -cvzf
backupname.tar.gz .evolution .gconf/apps/evolution .gnome2_private/Evolution
