Check the answer from me of your last post.

If your cam is support by spca5xx, usually no need for parameters. The 
driver sets up the cam correct :-). And all cams listed 
http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html here are suported by a single driver 
module, spca5xx :-)
