Another Unofficial UbuntuGuide?

Is this yet another unofficial Ubunutu Guide? Hasn't it taken months
to stamp out the misinformation in the old one? What's the matter with
http://help.ubuntu.com? What need is this fulfilling that isn't
provided by the wiki and the documentation project?

Maybe I'm confused and someone can set me straight, but I'm thinking
this may lead to another whole generation of confused Ubuntu newbies,
blindly following sudo commands like they were magic spells.
