Hi Norman :)
Paul O'Malley and I had a long VOIP conversation about Welsh dictionaries ;-)
Here's what we managed to find:
http://www.e-gymraeg.co.uk/myspell/index.html
It appears no myspell Welsh dictionary is currently packaged in Ubuntu or Debian - there is apparently a zip file for openoffice.org 1.1 at
http://www.e-gymraeg.co.uk/myspell/gosod.html
Paul also found
http://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/cy_GB.zip
Of course neither of us understands the Welsh pages at all ...
