Do you mean the smb workgroup? Or the NT Domain?

Change the entry "workgroup = MSHOME" ( without quotes ) in
/etc/samba/smb.conf

then type in a terminal: 
sudo invoke-rc.d samba restart
to restart the samba service.

That should do it.
